What in the hell? i read this article and these comments from sparano right here left me stunned... Tony sparano saying he thinks what jason taylor said is true that he has lost the lockeroom? wtf!!!!!!! wow...i am just speechless at this point, i dont know what to say about what is going on anymore. When even your own coach believes he has lost the lockeroom u know its over. Get this clown outta here already ross....

Sparano continued, when asked about the reasoning behind Taylor's comments, "I think Jason is entitled to make his comments. I mean, I think what Jason is stating is true in some sense of the word. I just answered the question. We've got to get over the hump as a football team, and figure out how to win those kind of games. I mean, I think that's what the guy is talking about."

I want him gone too but I believe you're taking that out of context.....I don't recall JT saying that Sparano had lost the lockeroom.....what he said I believe is that it starts with practice.......something like that as I read that a couple of days ago.

Ozzy rules!!

Jason said that some guys on the team have the wrong attitude, as in they're not playing with intensity or don't believe the team can win.

Sparano basically agreed with him. Those types of players/attitudes become small cancers in the lockerroom and liabilities on the field. With the number of young players we have in key roles, it's not surprising this is a problem.

So Tony is acknowledging his practices are sub par
hey maybe tony is on the right track
Who is our conditioning coach by the way?

supposedly the 3 hour excuse is the reason why this team maybe in a funk
if that's the case this team needs the p90 insanity workout

That's quite a stretch saying that Sparano agrees that he lost the locker room. You can work for Fox News. Completely taken out of context. JT said that players need to focus, and Sparano agrees, as we all should.

Agreed. Just another poster putting words in his mouth.

If you take a quote out of context like it was done here it helps with your thread I guess.

And as per the thread title no you did not read it right.

i think the quote they are referring to is when jason said after the game that the team (or some players) might be losing a little bit of confidence after going 0-2. jason said that was probably the case. tony agreed that some players might have lost some confidence after the slow start. lol@agreeing he has lost the locker room. /thread

He lost the lockeroom before the season even started when our GM and Owner flew out to California and tried to replace him while he was still head coach, he went into the season as a lame-duck head coach, this franchise is a sinking ship and we so desperately need some structure and direction!

Well I guess this is what happens when your GM and Owner fly across the country to try to keep a coach from signing with a different team while you sit in Florida and watch this fiasco with the rest of the world.......has Sparano already quit but waiting to get fired so he gets his money, can't say I blame him.......

Sparano's greatest asset is the respect and trust his players have for him. Where he sucks quite frankly is in the X's and O's department.
