Did J.Martin tell Coach Philbin about the Harassment and go through chain of command?

I wonder if the team has a chronological order of events of what they did to resolve it and remedies for Martin if it continued...remedies that he never took advantage of. Also, they have a list of pranks that Martin was involved in. Here is my question: can a bully be bullied? can the hazer be hazed?

Anyways, I still think the guy is bitter about losing his LT job.
 
It was an epic mistake for Miami to rely on this guy to play the most important position on their offensive line. The dolphins should have done whatever it took, even overspending, to prevent this. Not only is Martin not a very good tackle he also has other issues. Should have never been counted on as LT.

That would be my bet. Hell, they have a picture of him engaging in criminal behavior towards another member of the team.
 
The next thing you know, Ireland will be complaining to Ross that Dawn Aponte is bullying him. Then Sherman will complain to Ireland that Philbin is a bully.

This is the bottom line.

He's dredging the bottom of the barrel in LT play. He ain't no stud -- no way shape or form. Yes, he's a wasted pick.

But better to cut a wasted pick than to keep relying on it to perform -- and it never will.

It's like hoping that the stink goes off the turd on the tenth sniff. Ain't happenin.

Martin is no where near financially set at this point in his life.
 
If Martin is going to complain about having pranks pulled on him or being given nicknames, what does the NFL do? If you tell them there is no joking or pranking aloud anymore because it hurts people's feelings, where does it stop? Can a coach be fined or suspended for yelling at a player on the sidelines? How about if a coach gets snippy with a reporter in a press conference.

i dont think the nfl cares about what million dollar athletes think about there rules on player conduct ect because in the end the nfl is the one who faces lawsuits from it, not the players.
 
I do not want Martin back, if he cant emotionally deal with this and has to go home and see a therapist. I cant trust that he going to be able to focus on his job because he cant deal with other people and their short comings as an adult. If Incognito made racial hate comments that Martin didnt approve of then yes incognito should be suspended, and Martin needs to be released. Come to some agreement to let him find a new job somewhere else or if he does come back he has to win his job back.

You lost me here. So if Incognito made racial comments, he just needs to be suspended for a while and Martin deserves to lose his job because of being harrassed?

Seriously, it's pretty freaking amazing that Mia fans have defended Incognito and have actually blamed Martin for this. A lot of fans here are still in denial that incognito even did anything!
 
I think they're blaming martin for how it was handled by him...a grown man acting like a baby. we don't even know what Richie said, the media loves to sensationalize **** for juicy stories and we all know how juicy a racism story is for them. I wanna see proof of whatrichie said but I bet the n word gets thrown around in the locker room as much as you hear on a rap album.
