I think they're blaming martin for how it was handled by him...a grown man acting like a baby. we don't even know what Richie said, the media loves to sensationalize **** for juicy stories and we all know how juicy a racism story is for them. I wanna see proof of whatrichie said but I bet the n word gets thrown around in the locker room as much as you hear on a rap album.

Certainly the media likes to "sensationalize" things . . . but I'm getting the feeling there was some severe harassment going on, and probably for quite some time and Martin had enough of it. I honestly don't even want to know to be honest, just take the proper action and lets move on.

that's my point...nobody knows what was said so why have a knee jerk reaction before we even hear what was said, I'm not condoning it but the media is all about ratings and love to blow **** outta proportion

If Martin went through any chain of command and this ended up falling on deaf ears, then Ross should be involved. This could have been stopped weeks ago and some losses could have been wins - in the big picture

Maybe it did, maybe the McKinnie trade had less to do with our ****ty line and more to do with Incog and Martin hating each other.

It doesn't seem possible that Jim Turner could not have known about this mess and if in fact he did, he should be unemployed by noon. His lack of experience coaching at the NFL level has been a glaring issue this season and now his area of responsibility is becoming an embarrassment to the organization.

If Philbin was made aware of conduct deemed detrimental than at a minimum I would expect the NFL to suspend him. It goes without saying that if this is in fact true, Ross needs to fire Philbin along with Turner.

I would say IF Philbin knew something, you're right he will be suspended. The NFL made an example of the Saints for bounty gate. No reason to think they wouldnt do the same here.

The difference though is I think Ross could clean house completely regardless of whether the playoffs are made or not. Might be the only way to start over fresh. Obviously getting way ahead of myself, but still my thoughts.
