How did we not have him prepped for the weather? I mean SERIOUSLY??????

Could be, but I definitely worry that pulling out starting QB on 3rd downs is a good way to kill some momentum. Or having out TE play QB when we appear to be getting going. Or pulling out the DUKE once he starts looking hot.
