Did the defense bend and not break

Although the Jets ran at will the defense didn't give up the big play.

No, they just plain broke. No one was playing their responsibilities until the 4th quarter. Jordan was pathetic. I don't know why they guy sees any playing time. But he wasn't alone...

This was a really bad Jets team and we barely won...pathetic.

Props to Jelani Jenkins who on the last play for jets was the man that caused the interception. He was blanketed all over Jeff Cumberland as Cumberland was trying to shoot the gap but was denied when Jenkins got his arm up and swated the ball out from landing in his arms where it was intercepted beautifully by Reshad Jones. Jelani also led team with 16 total tackles. What a nice 4th round draft pick he is turning out to be.

The jets ran a lot of reverses and gimmicky plays. Who's to say the defense was prepared for that. Our guys played hard, Dion gave us a blocked punt, Misi with a timely sack, Wake's monsterous sack, Stanford keeping Decker in check and the Jones pick. Maybe any other team that let 200 yds rushing fly in the first half would not have come back. No doubt they need to do better, and one more thing-
The offense needs to stop the 3 and outs.

Our run D was completely broken regardless of the score. I hope we draft a MlB because I don't think Misi is performing well at all. I'm re watching the game and I'm seeing Misi consistently shoot the wrong gap without letting the play even develop (lacking awareness?) which was leaving so much space for the runner. Thankfully Jenkins has a knack for the ball and cleans up the busted plays.

However not only Misi slipping up but the entire defense needs to tackle better!! It's frustrating watching so many broken tackles!
