4th and 4 down by 17 points!!!!PUNT?!?!?!

Are Fockin serious?!?!?!??! this is pathetic, these coaching decisions are horrible no balls, we got nothing to lose at that point in the game.
 
Seriously? Down by 3 scores to start the 4th qtr and facing a 4th and 6 from near midfield...........a punt is a smart move? He punted? Really??????:err:

And this is the guy a lot of you think knows what he is doing. :ponder:

Umm, dont we have to stop them on pretty much 3 plays from here on out? So what difference does it make whether we punt of fail on 4th and 6?

So essentially, punting is the same as going for it and failing. Only problem is we didnt even get to attempt it because Tony Morono thought it was smart to punt. :tumbleweed:

Ok then. Even if we come back to win, that was a horribly stupid decision.

That 3rd qtr was tough to watch. We completely dominate yet only get a 7-0 advantage out of it. Force two turnovers, get credit for one which we dont score off of, and drop another. Wow. Terrible. Then we punt on 4th and 6 when we absolute need a score. Wow.

You guys have been defending Sparano's stupidity ALL YEAR and been ducking behind Henning EVERY TIME. Enough already.

No matter what happens the rest of the way, Tony Morono is one of the absolute WORST game managers in NFL history. He is a ****ing joke.

To try and pin that decision on Henning is ****ing ridiculous. Thats Sparanos call ALL THE WAY. If he says punt they punt, if he says go for it, then either Henning dials up a play or Sparano has one he wants to go with. That was the HC decision to punt or go for it. It always is in that circumstance.

did you read it correctly, sparano made the decision, but influenced by henning. Calm yourself.
 
With only 5 minutes left, down by 2 scores, and he punts? Season on the line, and he punts? Miserable decision, no guts!!

Go for it and even if you dont get it you MUST hold to a FG and stay down 2 possessions. Not only that at that spot of the field they wont kill as much time if we hold to a FG. We still have 3 TOs.

Sparano is the ****ing worst. Now we will waste our TOs to get the ball back down 10 still and have to score and get an onside kick. Wtf.

Being conservative when your entire season is on the line is ridiculous. Yet they've been dialing up trick plays at the WORST possible times all season. F*ck this staff.

Anyone that defends the coaching after today is a damn idiot.
 
This was a 7-9 to 9-7 team at best this year. You guys expect to much from a team with too many holes and very few playmakers. When a roster is built from other teams castoffs and stop gaps, what do you expect?
