From just a leadership standpoint he would have been worth a gamble. Who cares about his situation in Denver . . A late round pick for Tebow is a no brainer.

Leadership, willingness to do whatever the coaches want of him, and especially his short yardage and touchdown prowess. Last year the man converted touchdowns on 7 of his 10 goal-to-go snaps. That's insane! That's worth a 4th or 5th round pick by itself. Who cares if he plays QB here or not? Use him as an H-Back some, like James Casey.

whats the point of if hes not even available for what we are arguing about? last I heard it was taking a 2nd borderline 1st to get him, and I don't think he's worth anything near that.
