has the highest yards per carry average in the AFC with at least 100 carries? I havent checked the NFC on that stat! I just cant believe how many fin fans were on this board trashing Ronnie after 2 weeks calling him a bust. I am just amazed! I never had a doubt about Ronnie.

niccce Congrats on 1000 posts i hope he leads the NFl

Alexander: 5.4
Dunn: 5.1
Barber: 5.0
Ronnie: 4.8

Larry Johnson at 5.4 has 97 carries and Tatum Bell at 7.0 has 80 carries so they are close!

In the NFC Alexander, Barber, & Dunn all have higher ypc with at least 100 carries. After this week Larry Johnson will probably be ahead of Ronnie. Ronnie needs more carries.

not unless Ronnie carries for like 89 yards on 14 carries

woow Tatum Bell is sick

yeah. (not to take anything away) but johnson and bell are benficiaries of a committed run game.

if ricky was pounding the D more often, i think ronnies average would be a little higher

Johnson's average will dip this week with him taking the load and after a few weeks it will be down to about 4.5 ypc.

Bell won't reach 100 carries for another 2 weeks with Mike Anderson taking the load but he has been great at doing kind of a scatback role but with more carries.

Many of us never doubted him. A few people bashed him. Probably a case of wanting to be the first to say he's a bust, you know, they jump in before they have enough evidence. Ignored them then, laughing now. The only way a talented guy like that could be a bust is by being too full of himself to adjust and learn (Ronnie's personality was said to be the opposite of that).

Bell is pretty good, but what would he be like if not for denvers system? And LJ's average may go down now that he is taking on the role of an everydown back.
