I caught only a small part....but it's easy to say....he's got that Wanny look...you know...the deer in the headlights look.

He was saying something about..."we've been looking for improvement...but it just isn't there"! WOW....And for only around 5 mil....you get that. Look in the mirror Saban....it start's there. Your QB...Your O.C....Your plan...your losses.

A great headcoach learns to change...when change is needed...if you stay hardheaded...keep that ego....you'll just be known as another college coach that couldn't make it in the NFL. Go back to the gameplan you used playing against Denver....short..crisp passes....use your running backs to wear out the defense's....move the football...and control the clock and the field. Look in that mirror...and see your future.

I didn't see a Wanny look on Saban's at all but I don't think were an overachieving team, which was one of Nick's goals. I didn't expect to win alot of games this year but was hoping Saban was going to have these guys competing a little better.
 
I just got an email from my dad, who watched the game in Miami. I'll paste what he wrote about Saban: "The coach seemed to be without a clue in the post-game interview. Just kept saying that they played with no intensity and did not improve from last game."

Wow, my father is generally hesitant to criticize any Dolphins or Canes coach, especially new to the job. Saban must have really looked and sounded pathetic in the press conference. I didn't see it.

My ignore list is going to get very long before this season is done.

Is he really bashing him or pointing out the truth.

We are being out coached the last 3 games.

The first few drives are scripted and we have been scored on every first drive last 3 games. Coaches have found our holes. Our coaches have not and therefore there not patched.

being down 7-0 after the first drive every game isn't going to help us.

At this point I think saban is still trying to get his feet wet in the NFL, however we are being out coached and Saban will only get better.

Because you don't agree with him you are going to ignore him? I think his view is off base as well, but I hate when people hang the ignore function over people's heads. What's the point of coming here if you don't want to get a variety of viewpoints?
 
Have you just started watching the NFL in the past year or so? Seems like it. ....Just take a look at some of the great coaches their first years as Head Coach of their respective teams. Why do they all have significantly lower winning percentage their first season(s)? They simply don't have the players to play the style of Football they want. They're stuck with the players that were left to them, and forced to make do for the time being. This is exactly what Saban is stuck with, Wannstedt's players. Until he gets his own players, we won't really see Saban ball.

You can ignore the truth only so long....Saban is lost...and I'm not the only that knows it now.

You guys should really be a little easier on Saban. This is his first year and we all knew from the beginning that it would take time.

I enjoy a variety of views.

I DON'T enjoy the EXACT smae veiwpoint over and over again from the same guy.

I had high hopes for this season....like every season. But, when I looked at this team with my HEAD and not my heart I knew it could be a long year.

People are climbing all over Saban because he does'nt have us in the damn Super Bowl after 7 games.

Dave Wannstedt DESTROYED this team....and that took four damn years. All I want is for the people that are supposed to be Dolphin fans to give the guy more then 4 months to repair that.

I do have a question for the Saban bashers....who the hell would YOU bring in to fix this mess?
