Didn't see this posted about the Marshall trade!

he was definately a cancer in Denver and I thought he would be one last year but he was suprisingly solid teamwise as far as we could see

He undermined his QB, who rated out as the 12th best QB in the NFL, and who put him back "on the map" as a deep threat. For that alone, he goes. Not only is he a cancer, but he'sa dumb one at that. And any man (let alone a 6'4"/230 lb football player) who hits a woman is a real wimp and a coward i/m/o.

I think finheaven just gets so many new members daily, that they learn a new phrase and use it in their posts...

as many times as Ive asked for a link to a dolphin team mate or coach proclaiming bmarsh a cancer, I never see replies from anyone with any evidence.

No one in the NFL bashes team mates unless their name is Santonio Holmes

BPD = Psychologists' fancy way of saying, "You're a dick."

Don't get me wrong. I really enjoyed watching Marshall play because how exciting he was and im pretty sure everyone agrees with that but he is a cancer.

I did not find him exciting at all on the field. I do not remember him scoring a lot of touchdowns or making a lot of game changing plays.

On the other hand, he was always a story waiting to happen off the field. Everyone loves a train wreck and that is what he is. Let the Bears try to explain why they have him.

Boldin was traded with a 5th to Baltimore for a 3rd and a fourth. Ok so I was a little off but not that far off.
I doubt we could have got boldin for a fourth rounder....

and I couldn't really give a **** what a coach (shannahan), who hasn't been relevant since 1998, thinks....

the trade was asinine. we got terrible value, thats the bottom line when talking about it.

however, whats done is done.

Per Pro Football Weekly....
“The Bears just dealt with (WR) Sam Hurd in December. I think it cost (former GM) Jerry Angelo his job. If you’re telling me (Bears GM) Phil Emery knew about the most recent incident with Brandon Marshall and still decided to take the risk and let it stand as the first major move of his tenure — I would have to call his bluff. Marshall was a cancer in the building in Denver. Mike Shanahan drafted him, needed a receiver badly and didn’t want (to keep) him. What does that tell you?”

Seems like Miami did the right thing in trading him. Doesn't paint a positive picture of Marshall.

OK, this guy is already an idiot. Shanahan wasn't the one who traded him, Josh McDaniels was. Cutler was the first one traded after getting bent out of shape over McDaniels wanting to bring Cassel to Denver (a complaint that looks very reasonable in retrospect), then Marshall didn't want to deal with Orton for another season. Halfway through the 2010 season, McDaniels was fired. If this so-called "reporter" couldn't figure that out, what does that say about his reporting of facts or analysis?

I think Brandon Marshall would still be with the dolphins, if not, for the new coaching staff thats in place now.

ask chad henne if marshall is a cancer.

I was just going to post as much. Latest under the bus was Moore, and then going around the probowl and saying we need a real QB in miami to throw the ball to him....as he drops 7 TD passes in his mits.

Marshall has a serious off the field problem but it shows up in practice and it certainly showed up in games where he got flagged like 3 times, one spiking a ball at 10 yard line when he got a first down driving for a TD! Then he threw the ball at Cutler in the Bears MNF game (ironic isnt it?) when he was on the sideline. Then he spiked the ball again when he did not score and did it cus he was pissed off. Dude has a short fuse. Women know this.

I will bet money that Marshall will have another incident before the season starts. lol Its like a given.

Don't know who wrote this crap but in their haste to write some controversy and stir the pot they lost truth. Shanahan did not deal Marshall it was Josh McDaniels...who also dealt Jay Cutler.

It didn't say Shanahan dealt Marshall, it says he didn't want to keep him which apparently is true

this is funny as hell, but a while back shortly after Miami traded for him, I saw a about him and all his problems from his school days and I thought " boy did we traded for a wrong guy!" brandon Marshall has a lot of issues, period! stemming from his childhood to college days. I knew he was a ticking time-bomb. A bad thing waiting to happen. Am glad he's no longer a Dolphins. Miami could hve never asked for a bettter time to get rid of that loser. This year's draft is full of epic playmakers, m sure Miami would draft a Wr or two.

i remember hearing reports that Shanahan wanted to outright release Marshall before he got canned...so i think it is true that he wanted to get rid of him, kinda gels with the impression he left on Ross and this new coaching staff, not sad we traded him, just disappointed we lost value even after he made the Pro Bowl...
