Watching JJ Watt score a passing touchdown for the Texans made me think. Why not use Dion Jordan as a tight end in redzone situations? He played some tight end at Oregon and could add that height dimension that Miami has missed in the redzone. Thoughts?

Nope. Philbin wouldn't think of that. He won't move him to LB either. If Lazor brings it up, Philbin will veto it. Our HCis too "by the book".

Not sure which Dolphin games you claim to be watching, but Jordan has been playing as a hybrid DE/LB.

he is a bust. if he was on another team, the usual homers would be killing him for being a bust.

Jordan needs to be an OLB. He is NOT a DE but Philbin is too stubborn to realize that.

uh, where do you think he has been playing lately? He was covering Megatron for crying out loud!

I think alot of you haters will find yourselves with Jared Odrick disease on this one. Remember when he was a bust?

This team is loaded with talent and his talents will eventually grow within this defense. Mark my words.

I think I recall that he did play TE as a kid. Not a crazy one. I was also interested to see that Earl Mitchell played as a FB until he got bigger. He has decent hands.
