Its official, I am completely fed up with this Dion Jordan trade talk and people that are saying that he does not fit a 4-3. I have heard fans saying that he is a bust! How many injured rookies do you know that have came into this league and made an impact that same year? This is a guy that was around that ball every time he was in the game for us. He was always so close to the QB every rush. His problem was not the defense, it was the game speed and that was a problem because of the lack of offseason work. If Dion plays in a 3-4 he will face a tackle, when he is in a 4-3 guess what? He faces a tackle, so what is the big deal. So what would a team do with him back in the 90s when a 3-4 was not used as much? He would still play because of his talents. I am happy you experts were not the GMs for Zach Thomas and Ray Lewis because the last I’ve heard, they were to small for any defense. My EXPERT view is if Wake does not step up his game this year and Dion and Vernon are playing well then he is the odd man out. Why would you trade a freak like that? He is young, cheap, and we have yet to see the best of him?

You're so fed up with Dion Jordan trade talk you started a thread about Dion Jordan trade talk.. Makes sense

I wouldn't mind seeing all 3 play lights out.

Why couldn't you have said this in the already existing current thread on the topic? Why did your post need its own thread?

obviously doesnt understand the differences in responsibilities as an every down player in a 34 and a 43 on the edge

we really should have a filter on NFL agents coming on these forums & starting their own posts. :loco:

Because he is special and wants everyone to notice. It's hard to get your comment read on a thread that is 20 pages long.

So there is no way for a 3-4 olb to play as a 4-3 end and be successful? Smart guy!

Pay attention to what people are saying....

He could very well play in the 4-3, but he is always going to have a difficult time setting the edge and making an impact against the run...

His skill set is more natural for a 3-4 where he would play every down....in a 4-3....not so much...

Ok this is fine, I can understand what you are saying but not everyone is saying this. Its like people want him to fail or they can already see the future and that he will never make any plays for us.

Show us one person that said they want him to fail.
