Just read that in an excerpt from a PBP that he looks big and is explosive and should be a player...

@flasportsbuzz: Vance Joseph said Dion Jordan isn't healthy but "going forward, he should be a player for us. He's gifted."

I wouldnt hold out hope

Very excited to see Jordan return to the field. I know he's pariah around these parts, but i haven't lost hope. He's had some drug problems, big deal, so have I and I'm doing just fine lol.

Yup bottom line is he could still end up being useful for this team, it's all on him and so far he seems on the right track finally. If anything I hope next year he is in camp competing for a spot.

Normally I would say no chance, but given the incredible ineptitude of our past coaching staff to communicate with the players...
And how our current staff has proven to be superior in this fashion alone. Well I don't see why we don't try and give this a chance.

Its a position of desperate need.

If measurables were all that mattered, draft busts wouldn't exist.

True but at DE measurables are an enormous factor. All the great DE's in NFL history to my recollection have immense physical talent. If being a great guy and having a big heart and great work ethic were all that mattered, Connor Barwin wouldn't be struggling like he is. Great guy, but lacks talent and Philly is suffering because of it.

I've had 2 surgeries on my right foot, and have crps now. And I'd say I have a better chance of getting back to work than he does.

Looks can be deceiving.

Like trojanma said maybe the new staff can get something out of him but i doubt it.

I'll wait and see for myself on Dion Jordan.

I certainly don't think anyone knows ANYTHING as it pertains to him so we have no choice but to wait and see what happens once he actually plays for an extended period of time.
