We will know his fate by days end, but the RT injury didn't help as they need another roster spot for a QB. The placing of Pouncey on IR helps with that but still need to release one more of dion is to stay and try to offset that number three pick.

i think he stays, cut Mario lol, but really I would like to see something from him
 
NFI list. I'd love to see what he can do even though we think we already know but don't see it happening. It's amazing that he fell so far out of shape that he couldn't get on the field at all.
 
Cut Mario if he's not even gonna play anyways... Dion can maybe get some reps? Probably not though
 
Wish he would pan out as an OLB we are starving at LB!

Hell if he can contribute at all this year it would be nice! Time for him and Matt Moore to earn those checks!

Maybe Chip will decide he needs his fellow Duck in San Fran and give us a 3rd for him "sarcasm"
 
I think there's an article (possibly Armando blog...same one that says Pouncey is IR) from this morning that says NFI for Dion is basically a foregone conclusion. Maybe that's just speculation on his part, but it seems like the most likely outcome here.
 
I don't see him playing at all this year. Would like to get something out of him but he is what he is, a horrible draft choice by ireland

What I'd like to now is, if his season ends on NFI entirely, does this toll his season total towards UFA? He may be a bust or he may be something special next year. If he pans out, it'd be nice to get some credit for all his missed time in our favor.
 
I think Dion is going to stay on NFI list. They want him for an entire offseason and see what they can turn him into with this staff. Go into next pre-season looking for him to show something. If he doesn't, he doesn't make the final 53.
