Earl Mitchell is back at practice today.

Just entered Dolphins practice. Branden Albert is with OL, walking through, but too early to say what work level will be.

Lamar Miller and Greg Jennings riding the bike.

Jarvis Landry and Kenny Stills, apparently warming up for London early, are kicking football around like it's a soccer ball. Future Gunners?

We have not put eyes on Dion Sims during the portion of practice open to the media.

#Dolphins are holding a walk-through practice in the bubble. So far in the open portion, all players are here except for Dion Sims

We have not yet seen Dion Sims, coming off concussion. Still early, though.

Not sure what the heck we're going to do with just one TE and a guy that was on the practice squad two weeks ago at that. I doubt he'll be able to help Fox out much.

lots of worrisome aspects coming into this game.... but a lot of opportunities for many to really step it up huge for us on Sunday!!!

All this two TE crap I read about during the off season and preseason turns out to be just wasted practice time since we can't keep two TEs healthy. Stoneburner will probably get hurt in this game and we'll end up having to chip with a WR lol. We better activate every freakin OL we've got for this game. Put Billy Turner at TE to block...or Linkenbach...don't really care which but someone has to get out there and help protect the QB and open some running lanes. I really hope the coaches planned for this...ugh.

Philbin on #Bills offense: Good skill players, versatile QB & good OL. Feel we're well-prepared but it won't be easy b/c they're a good team

Greg Likens ‏@GregLikens 3m3 minutes ago
Philbin on penalties: We addressed each of the 13 penalties on Monday to emphasize the point of how it negatively impacts the game

Adam Beasley ‏@AdamHBeasley 3m3 minutes ago
Philbin said DeVante Parker is "much further along than he was two weeks ago."

Philbin on TE injuries: Have to have contingency plans for what you do offensively with different lineups & personnel #Dolphins

This game reminds me of the game vs SD after the whole bullygate thing broke out.

On paper we had no business winning that gm with all the suspensions and injuries we had particularly on the OL, as well as the negative attention and we were coming off a horrific loss @TB on MNF.

We somehow won that game and a few guys stepped up big. I distinctly remember Brenner starting off the Cowboys practice squad and was adaquate.

On Paper we should get killed. We have injuries on the OL that already sucked going against the strongest unit of the Bills the DL. We are coming off a terrible loss. Cameron and Miller, probably 2 of our 3
best skilled position players are questionable and again we may ask a guy off the practice squad (Stonny) to play alot of snaps.

Yet Vegas has us favored by 3.....hmmm

WR Marquise Goodwin is only Bills player not practicing today. Suggests a healthy team visiting the Dolphins Sunday.

Aaron Williams also ruled out for the Bills.

I'm sure they did - if you are only going to have two active TE's, you've gotta have a contingency plan

I wouldn't put too much faith in their contingency planning.

Last week we had 7 OL active with just 2 TEs.

Philbin keeps banking on us not getting injured with his gameday planning. And each game, we have injuries at the very positions he prepares the least.

Let's be honest, if Albert is in the lineup we are merely pushing and pushing this guy (or not keeping him off the field) until he REALLY re-injures himself and we lose him again for the season. When that happens, it's not a day-to-day worry about his injury knowing his might still play the next week.... he'll be on ice the rest of the year and we will be starting with Fox and Dallas Thomas as players we will depend on for the rest of the year to man LT.

If people think it is annoying not having a fully healthy Albert that truly needs 3 - 4 weeks of conditioning and healing time, how annoyed will they be with 13 weeks left in the season and no chance of Albert seeing the field until next year?

Philbin's management of Albert is simply idiotic. And he is compounding the entire situation by not asking for help on the OL from FA. Even so, he is not trying to keep Albert off the field to at least buy him a few weeks. He is pushing him right back on the field with OBVIOUS signs of injuries as a result of lack of conditioning and rushed time tables to put him on the field to COVER UP the fact he has failed yet again to address the OL.

People may knock Albert's injury history, but the injuries he endures this year are on US as a team. He's sacrificing his body to play for this team And I think some fans need to ease up on the injury history talk to appreciate what he is doing in an impossible situation.

Further more, Philbin needs to be getting all the blame here. This is pathetic management. Especially not even employing the resources you do have by having only 7 active OL a gameday. When 1 of them is a play away from another compensation injury.

My guess is to have 7 active OL :chuckle:

we know the geniuses we've got on deck. We'll probably leave Fox on an island until it's way too late

Very typical of a team coached by a man who cannot maintain the competitive level of his players. They play hard when they shouldn't (backs against wall) and let up against inferior opponents. The players are motivating themselves because the coach can't.

You know very well that if Albert wasn't playing right now and they said they're trying to get his conditioning up LOTS of people would be complaining and saying Albert at 70% is better than Fox at 100% and why are we paying this guy so much money to sit on the bench? It's a no-win situation for the coaching staff concerning him.
