DirecTV schedule shows 8:30

I can't link to my TV. If you have DirecTV, you can go on the program guide and go forward to later today. In the 700s where the NFL games are shown, it has all the other games playing at 1PM and 4PM, then it shows "Steelers at Dolphins 8:30PM."
 
Yeah baby Direct Tv and me bing home just in time to watch the game!

That's what I was told by 3 dif DTV ppl. We'll see.
 
I was told that if you don't live in the local area, you are not subject to the local blackout rules so that the game should be on the Sunday ticket or if not the local CBS. I see it on my program guide but I see it all day long from 1pm even though they did update the time. I sure hope they're right. I won't be happy until it's 8:30 and the game is on live.
 
Seriosuly, if I get yo kickoff all hyped, jacked, some cold ones in my blood stream and that game is not on DTV!?!?!??!? We better have 9000000 people calling them. I would be PISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSED
 
The DirecTV Programming Guide online still shows the game at 1:00pm... so at this point, there is no link.


If you want to keep checking, as I have been doing, go to DirecTV.com, click on Programming, then Progrmming Guide, type the word Dolphins in the search Bar, and click Search.

That will bring up the game and its scheduled time.

Like I said, right now it says 1:00pm. Man, I wish they'd get their s**t together.

On my DirecTV, when I turn to channel 713 and press "info," the headline says "Steelers @ Dolphins 8:30 pm ET." That's proof enough for me.

BTW, has anybody checked out the celebrity challenge leaderboard for DirecTV's NFL Sunday Ticket Fantasy Fours contest? Nick Lachey is getting schooled by Brandi Chastain and Jennie Finch. So much for Jessica being the brain-dead member in that household. :goof:
 
I also see an 8:30 start time on channel 713 for the game on DTV. My guess is they will show it because they wouldn't show the time change and then black it out.

If they weren't going to show it, they would remove the listing from the channel and not tease fans.
 
Just wondering how it looks down there? There still could be a chance that the game will be postponed if public safety and etc are not right....
 
the weather is fine out here in weston aside from a little rain. the game tonight will probably be wet, thats for sure.

Weather is not that bad, some rain squalls and a little wind, typical of the hurricane weather. It should get better with time. Can't wait to get to PPS, got my raingear ready....
 
don't want tp "rain" on your parade but I talked with DTV and they said that they are still waiting on permission to show the game, and yes - I have the game posted as 8:30 on my TV also ... who knows
