He went away after some people could not handle that "free information" on a "free fan website" could sometimes turn out to be incorrect. DCH gave good insight sometimes off what he heard sometimes off opinion and sometimes a mix of both. Either way it was more than any of us would ever get from anywhere else he was never a know it all or claim to be 100% accurate or have the best source but still people ripped him when he was off or given bad info. I know he did come back briefly but soon went away again, people just could not take it for what it was worth, hope he is still around I know he had a sport store in the adventura mall but that was like 10+ years ago...

I liked reading DCH. He was at least as accurate as most weathermen (not to mention nationally recognized sports reporters), yet many here treated him like some sort of poser-charlatan.

I don't think he ever claimed to have inside info, but it was such a long time ago I can be mistaken. If I remember right, didn't he work in a local sports memorabilia shop, which resulted in him speaking with members of the Dolphins organization, as well as players...?
I believe at one point he said most of the information he got on the "inside" came from one of his jobs. He had someone with the Fins in some function that frequented one of the places he worked. Some of the FH people did some checking in on him and they determined that he was not on the up and up. However, I always enjoyd his posts. He didn't try to glorify himself or his information. He was just passing on things he thought and things he said he heard. I always appreciated the info shared and liked alot of his insights. I was disappointed that others felt the need to run him off. I never felt he did anything to deserve it and he might have brought more information to this forum than anyone in the history of it's inception.
imo dch is mark eisenberg or marky mark as he goes by on wqam
2 reasons behind my thoughts,one was he fell of the face of the earth around here when he went back to his old line of work and second if you are friends with him on fb or follow him on twitter he posts in the same exact manner,all caps and lots of....................

lol.....yes....he had a lot of..................................lol. so much to this day i find myself doing it. I didnt care if he was a real source or not, he had interesting reads and it was great for the board. damn I realize now how long ive been coming to this board. Ten years!!!!!

i wrote a rant in a thread last week about why some get so hyped for one guru/insider over another and the fact that EVERY ONE OF THEM have been correct on some things and CRASHED AND BURNED HARD on others.
but the "popular" ones, when they crash hard, it almost goes without comment, but the others they want to tar and feather and run out on a rail!!
DCH was an entertaining poster and thats all message boards, insider/guru stuff is, ENTERTAINMENT, not exact science, no golden words from being "truelly in the know" because NO ONE is TRUELLY in the know. its a guess. sometimes there right, sometimes wrong.
doesnt DCH have a sports shop in a miami mall somewhere?

Oh the good ole days. We used to hang on to every word this guy said, as we patiently awaited signing our offensive line savior Jeno James and the guy who would put us over the top, David Boston.
