I like it!!! I have liked almost everything that I have heard about what Dan is doing to the locker room and team as a whole... Hope his OC & DC can keep the X's and O's winning games cause this is becoming an exciting season for the right reasons not the wrong ones... :)
 
Reality check

No favorites, no free passes . . . you enter this locker room, you are family . . . but being in this family means you gotta go to work 24/7.

I like the lack of colors as well, kind of suggests black and white, which in laymans terms means a message is "clearly defined".
 
good message and that has been Dan Campbell's #1 goal I think. team building. get Miko Grimes away from his team before she tries to blame Tannehill for this or that. she is the anti Campbell in terms of building chemistry

Badass to say the least. Shows the players a new tone and setting and Will define the expectations
 
Maybe they'll change the helmet & uniforms to look like medieval suits of armor, with Dolphins logos on them.
 
That looks bad ass. I think if Campbell makes it to next season we will see some black jerseys. During practice they've worn dark grey shorts (like $80 on nfl shop) but if we would use that as an idea for pants, use that same very dark grey as a jersey an use Aqua, orange, and navy, we could make one bad ass alternate jersey

but the message is simple and to the point. They want true team mates and guys who push each other. No jon martins allowed.
 
Am I the only one who thinks that shield is downright Raider-ish?

Our colors are OUR colors. We don't need to borrow any silver and black. If Campbell wants to build a new Miami Dolphins culture, let him do it with our identity, not some borrowed idealized imagery from another team.

I see what you're saying, but IF he wins, I don't give a **** if our colors are pink and gold.
 
If Miami doesn't hire Campbell full time, maybe my other team the Raiders will. :)

Its just black and white, not intentionally silver and black and trying to be like the Raiders, although tell what teams looks more badass than when the Raiders have on black? Now winning is everything, neither the Dolphins nor the Raiders have looked particularly intimidating to anyone for a long time. I hope that changes soon.

What are our colors? This powder blue we have now isn't the deep aqua we all fell in love with. Our new logo looks like a Carnival cruise line promo. Let the man work
