That team is average. We all know it. No way they are a better team than Green Bay.
They sure played a heck of a lot better than G yesterday. The Giants have a better D, equal WRs, better RBs, equal OL- I don't see this huge talent gap except at QB.
With this line of thinking, Sanchez and Flacco are elite, while Eli is not?
I didn't say if you made it almost every year you were elite, obviously Flacco and Sanchez are not elite and obviously Eli is better than both right now but an elite QB ahs to win playoff games in more than 2 of 8 seasons.
Kind of like Sanchez throwing a 7 yard pass going for 58 yds, and a 5 yard pass turned into a 15 yard TD against NE last year? The difference is Sanchez threw for 194 yards. Eli Threw for 330 yds. Eli was 7 for 11 on 3rd down passes. You want to give Sanchez a ton of credit when the Jets win playoff games when he was carried by the D and running game, but when Eli plays better, you want to take away credit.

yeah, just like it b/c our WRs broke so many tackles and scored on plays of 99, 80 and 66.
Eli deserves credit too but too many people look at the stat sheet and seee a ton of yds but 103 of his 320 camew from 2 plays he had very little to do w/. Nice pass to give Nicks a chance to run after the catch but he broke 3 tackles- that's not credit to the QB and a Hail Mary doesn't get you credit either.
yeah, Eli had no help from his D and run game this postseason, they only held 2 offenses than combine to average 60 PPG to 10 per game(w/ one of the TDs scored in garbage time so it's really 6.5 per game).
