I like our chances this week...I also thought we would dominate Tampa in a complete team performance after all the Martina crap. But, for some reason I think we will move the ball effectively, and get a couple of turnovers. I wish the game was not flexed to 4:15 and stayed at 1 (10 am WC time). But, with some semblance of a running game the Fins should win. SD isn't a good running team, so hopefully they don't gash us like the Bucs did. It would be nice to not start at the 10 every time, some field position really helps. If not Sherman will fold up shop and run Thomas... What you guys think??
 
So some one game me negative rep points on this thread with a quote saying " This guys a ****ing idiot " . I believe they were referring to the OP but could have been aimed at me. The amount of hate on this forum blows my mind sometimes. Not to mention I was agreeing that the OP had his goggles on. Absolutely ridiculous. Grow up people
 
I think you do. I don't like this matchup at all for Miami . . . only saving grace is a flat San Diego team from a cross country flight. Rivers - Gates - Woodhead . . . . this type of combo usually kicks our ass.
 
I hope that you're right but what gives you any confidence that our O-line will do any better? We had no running game because of the inability of the O-line to give Miller opportunities.
We also have the Go:GoGo and John Jerry telegraphing when the ball will be snapped. Sherman insists that the O-line is making progress in keeping Tannehill upright, but a funeral director was seen measuring him for a coffin.
 
um. I wouldn't count on which team shows up from week to week. this team is so inconsistent it's pretty damn brutal to watch live.

You know if they change the Go:GoGo thing for this game and beyond the questions will be why didn't they do it earlier?? So don't think they will because that would be admitting it's an issue.
 
The Go GO, GO makes me want to kill myself. Maybe mix in a reverse and a screen on first down not 3rd and long when its obvious...Throw some deep balls to Matthews let him go up and fight for the ball
 
Till this team proves they can win I have to think they're going to lose. I'll be watching and rooting for them but I believe this season is over. If ever a team had a reason to rally together, all this fiasco was it. They could have gone to Tampa and show what they were made of. That they could stick together. Well, they showed what they're made of all right. A team with no fire, no urgency and no heart.

Instead of Go, Go-go they should change the snap to Yo, Yo-yo

SD is only averaging about 5 rushing yards a game less than the Bucs and about 20 yards per game more than we are.
And in the passing game, they're averaging more than 70ypg better than us.
So.... umm.... yeah.
 
Quite honestly...who the hell knows? There is no identity to this team...not one thing week to week you can guarantee we'll do well. Sometimes we can run the ball...sometimes we gain 2 (2!!!!) yards rushing for the entire game. Sometimes we stop the run...sometimes we let 2nd and 3rd string RB's gain 140 yds and look like the 2nd coming of Adrian Peterson. Sometimes Wake goes off; sometimes he disappears. It's the weirdest thing I've seen in a long time out of the Dolphins, and I'm sure I'm not the only one sick of it. Smells like poor coaching to me.
