Do not resign Tua

That is not the definition of insanity. It’s one of the most irritating cliches on the internet, and it’s usually misapplied. Way past time for it to be retired.
Cool, let's keep doing the same thing over and over again then lol Mediocre QB play year after year after year.

Didn't know tua allowed 56 pts to the ravens and 48 to the bills... Interesting. Lol causal as **** I see

But you knew he played like a lost soul throwing ints in Key moments and not ebing able to play 10% of the level of the opposing QB.

At this point the blind who still want to see Tua as a Great QB will come up with all sort of excuses for his poor play in big games. Heck they will blame the defense for Tua's ints. Lol

He won a big game last week.
Cowboys are frauds. But even if it were true.. Tua's all time record vs winning teams is absolutely abysmal. I can think of maybe 2 games he performed well against top tier talent. 2 games.

Why? Because you said so? What are you basing this opinion on other than pulling it out of your ass?
lol umm this is awkward. going from Zach Wilson/Siemian to basically anyone will net you 2 more wins at least... Say what you want about Rodgers but he'll net the Jets at least 3 to 4 more wins easily.

This offensive system is EXTREMELY QB friendly. It does require a cerebral QB however. McDaniel has turned an average, immobile QB from an average, meh guy to a top 10 QB. Imagine what he can do with an actual good QB who ya know, can stand in the pocket for longer than 2.5 seconds.

Imagine having an NFL QB who cannot get hit. WTF? Allen/Hurts/LJ/Mahomes/Burrow are monsters. They can extend plays and put their teams on their backs. Oh and their fans dont cringe when they get tackled (well Burrow maybe ;) )

Tua is what he will always be.. He cannot get hit, he needs to get the ball out in under 2.5 seconds, he cannot escape with his legs, he lacks any mobility, he cannot extend plays, he absolutely shits the bed against top teams. Someone look it up, his record against winning teams is something like 3-12

Sign Russ or Kirk who has balled in the playoffs

If you're a fan of Tua, that's awesome.. Just know, he is not capable of LEADING this team to a super bowl. He needs an opportunistic defense and almost perfect OL play.

The quicker we rip the bandaid off, the better it will be in the long run
This based on yesterday game, hahaha, like Tua is why we lost ????
Some of these posts are hilarious, the hate never ends around here….

Sign Russ or Kurt.....Please.....No. Just no.
k 2 or 3 more years of a QB who is slow as ****, can't throw off balance, doesnt extend plays. If Tua doesn't find a receiver open in 2.5 seconds, it's basically over. We cant even run a damn QB sneak with this guy lol What other franchise can say that about their soft, immobile QB?

not when he tears his achillies again. see what I did there, just made something out of thin air.

Yesterday? huh? It's Tua's MO.

I love asking this question bc this is where it gets real quiet... Tell me, what's Tua's record against winning teams? (you wont answer, nobody ever does lol)

I didnt make it up out of thin air silly. We have expectations of players based on their historical performance. Using your brain is hard, I know.

Using your silly logic, we're screwed then bc Tua has been hurt every single year of his collegiate and professional career.

Its probably not good but you haven't named a better plan B. I mean c'mon, no one is buying a washed up Wilson that got run out of his two other gigs or a cousins who has a 1-4 playoff record, is 35 coming off an achilles and who made 10M more than tua is set to make next year.

Just like you won't answer me when I ask how many SBs Russ has won without an elite defense and run game. LOL how ironic.

no, you just think that rogers will magically make them better. How did wilson work out for denver? Or Jimmy G? Or Carr? See how just pulling **** out of your ass and saying something with "historical performances" what ever that means, just magically makes it happen. Rogers is coming back ya'll. Jets are winning the Superbowl!

I get it. Being a fan by definition is to be enthusiastic about your team/players but my goodness, McDaniel has catered this entire offense to fit Tua's lack of arm strength, mobility, extendability, health concerns, etc. This offense MUST perform in under 2.5 seconds or else we're doomed.

Tua is one of only a handful of QBs who you will never see extend a play with his feet, use creativity, hell... run a damn QB sneak on 3rd/4th and 1... We have the only QB in the history of the NFL who hasn't run a QB sneak for fear of him getting hurt. He slid yesterday after a short run aaaand hurt himself.

This is besides the mental aspect of Tua's game where he underperforms in big-time games:

This year: Eagles, Chiefs, Bills, Ravens,
Last year: 49ers, Bills, LAC
2 Years ago: Bills twice
3 years ago: Bills, Raiders (benched), KC

Best games of his career IMO against big time teams (at the time) where he led his team... Cardinals in '21 (Cardinals finished 8-8 lol and Ravens in '22 when they were decimated with injuries, Ravens finished 10-7)
