Bill Parcells words in the locker room before the game to the players, nice to have people who know what they are doing huh

^why is this a weird thread? Bill Parcells is one the best motivators in the game, im glad hes involved in the locker room and stuff liek that with the players.

It musta been a very effective speech considering how well they played for him

Honestly I love Bill Parcells as much as the next poster here but cmon... He went around and said "Do Something" to all of the players. That must be his motivational technique shining through I forgot :rolleyes2: lol

When the vice president of operations aka the man that decides whether or not your going to stay on this team comes to the lockerroom and says something along the lines of "do something", you damn right better get your head on straight go do something. Sounds like motivation to me.

Well, speaking as somone that has been a part of an organization with multiple layers of leadership..The Army....If I'm a private, and, the company commander comes down, looks me in the eye and said.."Do somthing" before an exercise? Be assured I'm going to be stepping it up a notch to ensure I make a difference.

The Parcells manlove here is overwhelming to me at times. Sorry I don't see it worth mentioning he went around and said that. I see where you're coming from but honestly it's just what I think of it.

You make it seem like the guy has done nothing in the past. Not only has he restored 4 other franchises from being downright horrible to superbowl contenders, not only has he won multiple superbowls, not only is he one of the greatest talent evaluators of all time, but he also took our 1-15 team that was a complete joke and hasnt been a playoff team in over 7 years and re-did the whole coaching staff and roster, and here we are 10 weeks into the 2008 season and were 5-4 as a playoff contender. That might explain the "man-love" for him.

Why all the commotion??

Guess what Miami did, they did something all right, they won!!!
