Do the bills scare you?

They did well in free agency to fortify their line with Mario Williams and Mark Anderson, probably overpaying for both of them but still landing quality players that will complement their two stud defensive tackles in Kyle Williams and Marcel Dareus. Combine that with a pretty good draft I do see the Bills overtaking the Jets as the second biggest threat in the division behind the Patriots. Ryan Fitzpatrick is no Pro Bowler but he has done well in Chan Gailey's offense. They had a hot start last year before being derailed by injury and with this offseason's improvements they are no pushovers.

The Bills will have a formidable players on defense, but their coaches and QB make me LOL

none of my bills are overdue so they don't scare me yet.

Gailey's offensive scheme makes up for Fitzpatrick's limitations. However, it doesn't cover up for a QB riddled with injuries, Buffalo's D Line is scary now with the new Williams Wall and Marcel Dareus, but they didn't do enough to protect Fitz and he's going to take a pounding again next year.

Gailey's system can't make up for Fitzpatrick's inaccurate arm. The Bills offense will always be limited just like the Steelers offense was when Gailey coached Kordell Stewart in Pittsburgh.

Yes, more than NE and the Jests honestly. They have this thing called...I believe they call it a runnerback or some **** idk.

Well, Cordy Glenn at LT. Zebrie Sanders at RT.

no, not scared. Cam Wake will love playing the Bills.

Now these guys may become good players, but glenn is a heavy dude, long arms yes, but cam wake will blow right around and through him once he gets him off balance. Sanders I do not know much about but rookies...cmon. bills make such a big deal about these guys and im just not seeing it. some value yes, but to rely so much on these two. yikes. by game twelve these guys will feel the heat of a longer NFL season.

I think they will be greatly improved on defense and if they can get the offense together they will be a team to watch. I think in the next year or so the AFC East will be what it was before as one of the best divisions.

Don't forget, Fitz lit 'em up & had a LOT of miracle wins involving his hot passing on VERY GOOD Teams. Dude was a gun-slinger when healthy.

Then he went flat & it turned out he had broken ribs & couldn't hardly breath & move at times.

If it comes down to a QB shootout .... good chance we'll die at the OK-Corral. Gullible to diss Fitz!!

We'll have to blitz Fitz & keep him off balance ... to have a real chance. We're not going to be high scoring this year!!

without reading the thread, no. look at their horrible coaching staff. game over.

They uncharacteristically made some bold moves. Yeah, they look formidable. The thing with the Bills though, is that they get all full of themselves when they start the season off successfully, but then go into a tail spin. Wanny is a definite upgrade over Edwards, who curiously found his way back here as LB coach. Overall, Chan is probably their weakest link so I'm not discounted another swan dive if they come out of the gate strong. IMO Moore is a better QB than Fitz and if Garrard or Tanny beats him out, it's likely that the position has been upgraded even from there.

No.

Chan Gailey is their coach.

They'll start 3-1, everyone will have them dethroning the Patriots, and then they'll finish 8-8. Who cares.
