Much improved, yes, after a few games and some continuity, but dominant? NO!

Vernon and Rex are doing good in camp, now if they can perfom that well in an actual game remains to be seen I think they can get it done. Jeno and Stockar are good. If Carey and Hadnot do well. Then my only concern would be at Center. We also need more o line depth, but that should be addresed next year.

Dominate? No. Play above average and have some very good games? Yes.

Chemistry on the OL is important, one offseason is rarely enough time to form a dominating OL. Especially when you have a few inexperienced guys, and some players that just dont have a lot of talent.

I think in a couple of years we will have a dominating OL. Its just too soon to have a OL that takes over games, like the old cowboys line would do.

Yje last time we had a great o-line was in the early to mid-80's when we had Eddie Newman, Bob Kuechenburg and Stevenson in the middle of the line.Jon Gisler was a pretty good OT too.When we had Webb and Simms we lost Kooch,Newman and Stevenson to injury and things have never been the same.The biggest problem I see is at center where Seth keeps getting pushed back.If we can get good play from the cenetr position then we have a chence to have a decent line but dominant?..I doubt that.

Yes, that is why I made that reference. Also, most of those cowboys OL were later round picks. Larry Allen was the highest selected player, and he was drafted in round 2. So, a dominating line can be put together with great coaching, mid round picks, and time.

I think the turn around from last years OL to this years will be a dramatic improvement. However, it is just too soon to be a 'dominating' group.

Marino's QUICK release hid a multitude of sins even in the Webb and Sims era. Remember there was no running game in those days. I think Kareem Abdul Jabbar was a much better back Than he was given credit for. or was that ADBUL Jabbar

i dont think so, we still not sure how Carey can do at LT. Jeno is good at LG. We need help at Center cause Mckinny aND Wade dont cut it. I dont even know who we have at RG ( i think its Witley) thats not gonna do. And i think we're good at RT with McDougle. We dont really have great Depth. Our QB's will have enough time to pass but i dont think our RB are gonna have a ton of room to run.

How can you say we don't have great depth when you can't even name the man who is most certainly impressing everyone (coaches; posters; beat writers; Houck; etc.) at camp, which is Rex Hadnot.

I'm not sure I share your concerns with the O Line. Yes, they had a horrendous 04. Maybe the worst in Fins history. But what you're not grasping is that these same players have learned to use that disappointment/embarassment to fill up thier tanks for 05. These guys are HUNGRY, and they have an experienced leader to teach them how to use that emotion for improving their play. Of all the positions in the NFL, OL is probably the one where factors like grit/desire/toughness/teamwork/coordination and familiarity play a more important role than raw talent. Don't believe me? Go get the "best of the best" at each OL position, put them together and see what happens. I say chaos. Sure they're beasts individually, but an OL must play as a unit. If one of those guys breaks down in any way, the whole wall comes crashing down. It's when every guy on that line knows what his neighbor is going to do in any given situation, what he himself is going to do in that same situation, and all that within a split second after seeing the weak side backer scraping off on a delayed blitz. Execution at that level comes not from talent, but from preparation, coordination and mental toughness. Something I think we'd all agree these Dolphins are getting an elephant sized dose of!
