Do the right thing Ross, fire them all after the game

Something needs to be done, we need someone who has balls for crying out loud.
 
Yeah the worry I have is just like after firing sparano they kept Ireland well this time they may hire a new gm and foist Philbin on him. Ross needs to hire a strong GM and give him free rein to do what he thinks is best, it may mean keeping philbin but do not force him to do so Ross.
 
I get more people making fun of the fact that I'm a Dolphins fan than I do about the fact that I'm a Penn State football fan....that's how embarrassing this team is.
 
I use to defend Ireland. I want to see him fired by tomorrow now.

The whole problem with this team is we only got one guy on the OLine that could start for any other team. Everyone knew going into this offseason this was our weakness and he did nothing.

We signed a 60 million dollar receiver who doesn't even look like he gives a crap.

This is pathetic and falls at the feet of Ireland. I don't want this clown wasting one more draft or free agency period.

Bring in a new GM and let them decide Philbins fate. We got talent at skill positions let someone else use this whole offseason fixing this damn OLine.

In 30 years as a fan I don't know if I've ever felt worse than right now.

Ross looked like he was about to leave that booth and come down to the field and fire everyone on the spot.
 
There is absolutely NO leadership within this organization and NOBODY for the players to rally behind. For **** sake, New England had a potential murderer on their roster and look how they responded. This team right now is an utter joke. The players have given up and neither the coaches or Ross have a clue what to do. It's a bloody disgrace.
 
I hope somehow we upgrade the gm position with a bright mind who knows how to draft talent. It is my hope that Marino , Jason Taylor, Shula, Curtis martin etc give Ross great advice. You gotta begin with the firing of Ireland. Sry but Ireland should never ever again be a gm in the nfl.
 
It is time to put an end to all of this. Pull the trigger Ross, we are ready.
 
Ross is a moron. Even with an easy out he will change nothing. Sherman and Ireland need to be fired immediately. RT needs to be benched. Coyle should be promoted to intern HC. Moore starting at QB. Wallace bench until he proves he is deserves to be be on the field. Go after gruden hard in the off season and let him draft a teal qb with our 1st.
 
Inexcusable? Come on guys... Lost our starting LT, lost our starting LG. Do you remember a franchise ripped so thoroughly as the Dolphins have been for the past 10 or so days? We came out flat. Some one sided officiating in the beginning of the game. You guys focus on an "inexcusable" 1st half that had us down 15-0, I see us fighting back. Now, I'm not trying to praise the team. But these knee-jerk reactions...

Fire this guy, fire that guy, fire them all, clean house... blah blah blah. It's a QB driven league. But what if that QB doesn't have a line to protect him and no running game to help out?

The team had a rough week. We're beating some quality teams and losing to the teams we should beat. But we're still beating quality teams. Stick with what we have and continue to build. Continuity goes a long way.
