OK... There seems to be different ideas out here of whether we go to the game in person or watch the game at a local pub... I need answers now and the majority rules...

I plan to purchase the tickets to the game next week and if we do not have a decided vote by Sunday, May 27, 2007, I will forego the purchase of those tickets and we will watch the game and Miami Mike's bar with other FinFans... Your call boys... YES or NO!!! Majority Rules!

Now this will not keep any C2C FINS that want to attend the game from doing so... It only means that I will not be purchasing the 17 tickets available in the given section. There is NO ONE going to stop you from going to the game!

However, if you do want to attend the game and the poll shows a majority that would rather not, I will still get tickets for those that wish to attend but it will not be covered under the team expense account. I will find a way to minimize the cost for the tickets to the best of my ability though...

Current price ranges from $148.00 to $580.00... The section I was looking at was $162.00 average...

Anyway Let the votes begin!!!
 
Honestly, I'd go to the game if everyone wanted to go to the game, but if everyone wanted to do the sports bar thing, that would be fine.
 
i would love to go to the game with all my finheaven brothers and show our support for our team. Of course, i know it could be a problem for some. I voted YES, go to the game, but that's assuming there is a majority interest in doing it. It would be great to see the Dolphins-Jets play, but it would be even better to be able to share with as many Dolphins fans as possible.

I am looking for sincere desires... This is NOT a public thread... It is to get a feeeling of what people WANT to do... IF we drop the attendance of the game for everyone, it shaves off $2600.00 on the trip...

But then again... Why travel to the area if we don't attend the game... See the dilemma!!!

FitM, you said that we have a Dolphins bar to go to right? As an alternative? Run by fellow finheaveners correct?
 
Not in C2C but for those who haven't been to a Dolphins/Jets game in person, I would try to go to 1 in your lifetime. They are nuts and there is no better atmosphere at Dolphin Stadium than when these 2 teams play.

That is correct... And there are many other FINHEAVENERS that go to the bar to watch the games... But PLEASE don't let this make your decision as I think your decision is very important.

And as far as additional info goes, we will be staying in the hotel that the bar is in... MIAMI MIKE is the owner.

Yes, but look at it this way. Some team members probably haven't even gotten the chance to go to a game. This is a perfect opportunity for them to make it to one because it's right in front of their noses, why waste the chance? Maybe I'm being selfish, but being I've never been to one, I'm really hoping to go to a game.
