YES, I KNOW HE'S OLD....but he's not terrible and is a veteran guy who could help out due to the familiarity of the system...just a thought, don't think he'll cost much but could be a good mentor.
 
that will not be a bad move he could be a good payer coach on the field, but i wonder how he will get a long with BM
 
Yeah, as a proven veteran who's played who a group of elite recvrs throughout his career, he might be able to help put him in check! Driver said if the Packers don't want him, that's fine, but he's not done playing
 
Why not just call ourselves the Miami Packers. Jeez get off their jocks.

Did you hear me mention bringing any other Packers, did i say Flynn etc? NO you idiot but it's always nice to have someone other than the HC be able to help with the transition of a new offense and I'm sure Philbin would appreciate a familiar face...
 
lets get a coaching staff together first and then we'll see about free agency.

I can see the op's point of view. Bring in a guy who wont be here forever, but long enough to help acclimate the existing players to the new offense. Be a player coach, and teach the nuances of Philbin's offense. Plus he brings success with him to Miami.
Do it.

Forgive me if I offended you idiot. It's just sometimes I wonder if some of you root for the packers on Sundays.
