do ya trust nick or not?

if allen becomes a star next year same folks that are whining will say they loved the pick the whole time. some of these folks need to practice what theyve preaching. allen has the size of cromartie. hes a warrior from what ive seen. in saban i trust. do you?

Coached for one year in the pros. I think it is still early.
 
I still think there were other guys on the board we could have taken before Allen. :rolleyes:

did you guys watch all the **** espn was giving cromartie after San Diego picked him...I really think he will be a bust...So I am totally happy with our pick
 
i cant believe that anyone would question saban by picking a solid safety in a position that we needed help seriously we saw how sabans picks worked out last year, we had the most rookies start out of every team in the nfl with 3 theres no doubt in my mind that allen will play well for us in the safety position and theres also no doubt in my mind that whoever doesnt trush saban just doesnt know what they are talking about
 
This thing about trust I think misses the point. Bill Belechek is a great coach and has had some stinkers of draft picks there is more to being a great coach than being a great drafter. Shula was one of the best minds of all time and alot of his drafts really stunk so I trust Saban's draft ability based on the little knowledge we have from his first year, which I liked that he did not overdraft anyone but with the Allen pick I think he did but we shall see.

Damn right i trust him. U see what he did with our team last season? He knows Allen. Hes known Jason since high school so i say lets see shall we? Im happy. If Allen fills the safety spot he can be the next Troy Polamalu . One of the guys best attributes is tackling and he has speed. Weve filled a need. An OLB would be nice next up. Shame we havnt got a 2nd and 75% of picks so far have gone with Defense. Might be less pickings if that is anything to go by.

Exactly. Allen is someone that Saban knows from the SEC, and helps to secure our secondary. I can't wait to see who we get in the 3rd round now.

I totally trust saban! based on saban knowing allen from HS and playing against him. I would say hell yeah!
