Do you bench Culpepper this week if he plays well and we still lose?

He's not healthy, so maybe we should sit him out. That being said, bench him for who? Joey Harrington? He's awful.

 Dunno.... will we bench Chambers, Ronnie, Zach, Randy, Booker if we win ? would be pretty boneheaded to bench any of our starters, especially after we won.

Why take him out if he is playing well? That probably means that the OL is playing well with him. If we put in Joey, that is a new cadence for OL to get familar with. Lets not make things harder on the OL, unless we have to.

read your question again...think about it...if C-PEP plays well and the Fins still lose...why would you bench him? It must not have been his fault if they lost since he played well...so why would you even ask this question?

Go Fins!!!

This is exactly what I was going to say. Do you bench Zach even if he plays well, just cuz we lose?

No!

Yeah we will bench him for the savior of the season, JOEY HARRINGTON HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!

even if he plays bad and we lose we dont bench him. reggie bush only had like 20 or so yards last week, maybe the saints should trade him

If Daunte throws for 4 TDs and 400 yards, but the defense gives up 50 points, I think the obvious choice would be to go ahead and sit Daunte down. It would be quite evident that his playing days are clearly over at that point.

The question should be if he plays bad. I will say that since this the Patriots if he has a bad first half, Saban may bench him in favor of Harrington. But he would really have to play bad since Saban doesnt seem inclined to do so. The reason why Saban might consider it doesnt have to do with the season so far but rather the fact that this is the Patriots, this decades most hated rival. I dont think you can just accept defeat to the hated rivals and you use the rational that Daunte is getting better and we're looking at the big picture. This game you have to pull out all the stops to win. Now if Daunte plays well or even average I think he finishes it out
