Obviously we need to see better decembers. Obviously. But I didn't realize just how blatant it was. Look at the last 5 games. crazy. Philbin is here for another year, another december like this and he probably will be back in the coordinator ranks.

My theory is at the end of the last few years the coaching staff has been nervous they were going to get fired and since we don't have any emotional leaders on the team (total assumption) to get the rest of the players fired up we play scared and suck. We either need coaches who can inspire the team to play when it matters or players who are leaders who can overcome the fact that our head coach is a wuss....

No question you have to be playing your best football in December....something we haven't been able to do.

I am sure the coaches are not nervous about being fired. Thats just dont make sense. The players should be fired up on their own. Injuries hurt this year but we just need more talent. Our defense folded.

One more damn win and we'd be playing for a playoff spot Sunday. :/
