Do you think Huizenga is a good owner?

based on what? Because I have the exact opposite opinion.

Huzienga is a great owner...he hired BP to manage a 1-15 disaster...PROOF he has finally smartened up...a tremendous marketing bonanza for the one time flagship franchise of the AFC East...and the only football personality that knows how to compete with BB...I think it's a great move...but then I thought the Alabama coach was a good move too...maybe I hit on 50%

He's a good owner. He's willing to spare no expense to get this franchise going in the right direction. He has tried himself to put it in the right hands twice (Saban, Cameron)...both those times I think we all thought that he had made the right choice, but this time around he showed that he realized he was no good at identifying coaching/management talent - so he brought on Tuna to find those pieces.

In my book he's an owner with good intentions. And at the very least, that's a lot better than some kooky owner trying to run a football team when he has no business doing so (Al Davis).

Saban yes...Cameron huge mistake...but what about the Whiny years??? Look, there is only ONE man that can approximate what BB has done the past 7 years...and that's the MENTOR, BP...jeezus..the BIGGEST mistake made this offseason was letting BP get his hands on Pennington...MAJOR MISTAKE by the Rats....you guys have this kid who is a league wide freak, WASTED on chump QB's since his rook season...all the experts call him a bust, even though in space he's an unbelivable playmaker...heh...Ducks will put the rock in his hands just like he did for Coles...the EXACT reason Coles was so jerked off with the Favre signing...Parcells managed to JUMP the Phins right into the mix with the Penny signing...a HUGE blunder by the Rats and a tremendous boon for misunderstood kids like Ricky Williams who finally has a mentor that has him walking the straight line and MAXIMIZTNG his prodigious talent...there is NO downside to a RW/RB backfield...it compares with the BEST in the NFL...making Ducks even more dangerous...yeah, Fragileton has a weak...but...and it's a big but....he delivers the ball where it has to be as good as any QB in the NFL...and his ball is at least one of the easiest balls to catch in the entire league...THAT'S why Coles was so jerked off when the Rats brought in Favre and THAT'S why the Phins took a major step up in the eyes of D co=ordinators league wide. Ted Ginn is a fantastically gifted footnall player...slated to be wasted in the MIami offense that feaures a Beck and assorted retreads...Glass Wristington will put the ball in his hands...the easiest ball to catch in the entire NFL...and THEN you'll find out if he's a bust or not, because if he ain't, we'll all know why Coles was so pissed. With Ronnie and Ricky pounding the ball? Chadley's FIRST mission is to embarrass Ratgini and that whole scumbag franchise...next to threaten the benchmark franchise in the NFL...I,a die hard Patriots fan still pissed that Shula stole Bounoconti from us back in the early seventies, look forward to a Dolphin resurgence...a thing I thought could NEVER happen

Actually he isnt all you have to is ask bears, cardinals, lions fan. If ford was our owner we still would have spieldman and the bears and cardinals owners are known for been cheap and not really caring.

I personally think he sucks.

why? becuase he trusted each coach he hired, paid them tons of money, and gave them an open check book to hire who they thought couold help the team win?

Wayne has done everything he thought he could do, to help the Dolphins win. Its not Waynes fault these guys turned out to be a bunch of jackasses.

his dedication to trying to find a winning coach hasnt gone un-noticed by me. I mean look how he came right in and swept Parcells out from under Arther Blanks nose, and paid him what he wanted to come help us win.

I personally think he has been a good owner. He has also been ranked in the top 5 of the best owners in the league year in and year out.

All I can say is this franchise started it's downward spiral the same time he bought the team, you do the math.

He's not perfect but I personally think he is one of the best owners in the league. For the most part, he bends over backwards for the Fins and will do whatever it takes for their success.

Put it this way, at least we dont have Ralph Wilson as an owner haha.

I like him. He's willing to spend money, hire whomever it takes, and for the most part, leaves the football decisions to the football people.

Plus, he's really upgraded Dolphin Stadium.

I personally don't have a problem with him.

Or Al Davis, or Mike Brown, or Tom Benson

Don't forget when he hired Dick Satan he also hired the highest paid coaching staff in NFL history and he put the hammer down on rookie holdouts like Ronnie and Jason Allen after they screwed us and has not let up his efforts since then. I think he is a great owner that will pay and do whatever it takes to bring back our franchise.

I think he's one of the best owners in the NFL. He does everything the team needs basically. While Cam was a mistake, Saban was a good coach in college. He merely couldn't handle the big league. Not Waynes fault.
He builds new facilities, lets the coaches and others in the front office do as they need.

I guess I'm asking this...in what way do you see that he lacks?
