Do you think we could go 8-8?

I know this sounds crazy but is it really? Granted, we will have to play more like we did on Sunday than we have in the past 6 weeks previous but look at our competition:

Bills-Must win and I think we will

@Chargers-The game I believe we'll probably lose unless they're looking passed us to play the Colts.

Jets-Good chance for a win

Titans-We can beat them at home

@New England-If the stars line up right (and I know this isn't very likely), this game could be for the division championship so it's going to be a good game. Plus, by this time we should be playing our best ball. Although it's going to be very difficult, this game is winnable. Hopefully we can return the favor.

This may be a moot point especially if we revert back to how we've been playing the past couple weeks. But if we can get on a mini-run, this is the easiest part of our schedule and the best chance we have of going on a run.

If we go 9-7, I guarantee you we will be division champs. I believe the Pats will lose @Buffalo and vs. the Bucs. That would mean they would be 8-8 after we get done beating them (if we go 9-7 that is). So in essence, we're still in contention :)

If the Pats can somehow lose to the Jets and Bills and then vs. us, we have a very good chance of winning the division. It's a pipe dream I know.

Now you are more relaxed but a week ago you got killed and were tight? Come on, why do people overreact to one win or one loss? You had a good win over a bad Raider team, that doesn't mean you are all of a sudden playing much better. You need to win 2 or 3 in a row before you can say that until then it's just 1 good game.

I agree with you. I don't know if we just played good vs. a bad team or if the new "change in philosophy" of FTS made the difference. I'm still holding out hope that last week was the team we really are but I'm well aware that we could put up another goose egg this week and we're back to square one again.

I'm not saying you can't get on a roll but you can't consider 1 game a roll.

Right now I'd settle for 2 wins in a row...Just seems like when we play division rivals... all bets are off!

The Pats haven't been playing much better than the Bucs. I know the bucs lost vs. the 49ers but at the same time, they are 7-4. I think the Pats should still be favored but it wouldn't be out of this world if the Bucs won that game.

The Dolphins COULD go 9-7 or 8-8. That's why they play the games. But in reality, I don't see the Dolphins winning another road game this year. I think they'll win their three remaining home games, lose their two remaining road games, and finish up at 7-9. I thought they'd be 8-8 before the season started, so that wouldn't be too bad.

i agree. the fans are very hot and cold why dont we reach an equilibrium? we are capable of going 7 - 9 and anything more is excellent but unlikley. we are a good team but we are not consistant

Agreed, that win just showed me we are not the worst team in the NFL. The Raiders are just lousy, and we beat them...big deal.

Anything is possible but I see us probably winning one more game this season.

Bills-they will be looking for a clean sweep should win
@ Chargers-If they lose, fire the HC immediately(they win)
Jets-always seem to have our number.(god I hate them)
Titans- we should beat them at home
New England-they should win this one easily
