Do you trust the Brian Flores process?

It's hard not to unless we see regression this year. I am a bit concerned about the oline (as I am sure flo is as well) and the OC(s) but this year will be telling. I hope the D keeps getting better as it was a bright spot last year. Tua will sink or swim this year but I am optimistic we will be competing for the first spot in our division with the Bills being the main competitor.

^^^ THIS ^^^ :-)

I trust what he did the first two years as the Dolphins head coach except when he took out Tua and put Fitzpatrick back in games after naming Tua the starter. He should have let Tua play through his bad periods.
I think it was probably Gailey behind the move because he never wanted to coach Tua to begin with. Yet as the HC, it was Flores who should have stepped in and said no to Gailey replacing Tua with Fitzpatrick.

We shall see how year three goes before I will buy in completely. I expect the Dolphins to win a playoff spot in 2021 and anything less will be considered a failed season IMO.

As for the original question I trust that by the end of the year he'll be mentioned as the second greatest coach in Dolphins history, way ahead of JJ.

Yes but I also trusted my 1st girlfriend when she said she wouldn't cheat on me for a 3rd time.

1st time you got hurt was their fault second time was your fault for letting them. That’s what I got taught growing up

I do. I look at guys like Needham, whom I would have cut immediately, but then developed into a very good player. In the past we've had some terrible OL players who left and developed in to good or even great players. I trust that Flores will see the things in guys he can develop and use appropriately to improve the team. I trust that the OL will develop. It won't be as fast as fans expect, but I trust it will happen and be good for longer b/c of the process. And I trust that Grier and Flores are on the same page.
