Obviously there is a medical concern with him. He's round 2 talent and it's already the 6th round and there's been way to many C going above him.

I think it's possible he is a Rookie FA. Round 2 talent just doesn't stay on the board.

He hadn't recovered enough from his injury to do any offseason workouts. His recovery is going slower than people thought it would. If he doesn't get drafted at all, I would expect Saban to sign him as a free agent.
