Does anybody know for sure if this weekends camp is open to the public or not?

I believe there may be some sort of practice at dolphins stadium during before or after the select a seat day. Not sur ewill have to look it up. as for the rest.. they are closed pretty much

I've been to many in July, I don't find it boring at all.
