Does anyone else not care?

Just waiting for Ronnie so I can see Ricky become a backup and smile.

This is an ironic post because I'm starting another Ricky thread in order to say I don't care one way or the other about Ricky so, yeah, I know already. :)

Anyway, I just can't get into reading anything about Ricky coming back. Blurbs here and blurbs there, sure but, actually reading a whole article...pffft....got no time or interest for that.

I don't hate him, I'm somewhat glad he's back but, most of all, I just don't care to read anything else about him, i just want to read about the team, not Ricky.

If i actually read anything about Ricky I would feel like I'm feeding into and perpetuating the media circus around him and I don't think it deserves the attention.

when i go to a Phins news link and see story after story about Ricky Williams and hardly anything about the team itself, it's like ho-hum, more of the same repeated crap over and over again.

I will be glad when the writers around here can get their heads out of Ricky's butt and start writing about the team that we all care about.

On a side note, I want to thank all the guys on here doing camp reports and not focusing on Ricky....you guys to me, are better than the real journalists right now, and as usual. Thanks to all of you. :)

Ricky back with the Dolphins= Major season distraction IMO. The press is going to key on him alone and ego's are going to fly in the locker room. If and it's a big IF he comes back to form and directly improves your offense and win column, the press will be all over last season and make the rest of your team feel like a bunch of losers.

Was thinking the exact same thing... AND I THOUGHT I HATED HIM THE MOST!!!... wish we took BRAYLON now. Ronnie is a stud, but we coulda filled another hole... or if Minn would have traded down... whoooo we'd a been set

Saban won't allow it to happen that way. If Ricky becomes too big of a distraction he'll simply shut down the media's access to him.

The press will be all over a winning team with fawning praise if they turn it around this year because even they're not so stupid to think that Ricky's departure was the only reason that last years' team wasn't successful. They'll understand that there are 53 players on the team and there isn't a single one who can make or break a team.

In other words they would have more sense than a bills fan.

I hope you understand from a team standpoint that Ricky's going to make this a one time thing today to talk to you about as I am about things concerning his past. The focus for me from this moment on is from now on. If my stockbroker called me today, I wouldn't be interested in what a stock traded at five years ago; I'd want to know what it's doing today and what's it going to do in the future. That's exactly the mindset that we have on this, and that's enough said.

So when you ask me a question, it's got to be from today on, just so you understand. We don't want to make this a continuing distraction for our team. He doesn't want that. I don't want that. He doesn't want that. It's just in fairness to the other players on this team. We have a lot of good players who deserve, I think, that kind of respect.

That clear enough for you...Dog?

Let me tell you somethin' brother........... The Hulkster can't wait to open up his Sunday newspaper and read the "He's quit again" headline. Brother it's comin' soon, real soon.........and the Hulkster and the millions of Hulkster's Hulkamaniac's worldwide will rejoice as the final piece of the Wanny/Spielman blunder era finally falls. Can you feel the excitement brother!

Easy Hulkster. I wouldn't call 3225 yards and 25 TD's in two years a "blunder". And he's still got something left.

Ricky and Ronnie will terrorize the league this year.

If AJ plays well, the sky is the limit.
