what happened with the Travis Minor his rookie year. He made some big plays that year. Never showed anything to make u think starter but he was a playmaker. Now all he does is make plays on special teams. Since his rookie yr he has been given the oppurtunity to be the man but couldnt handle it. Based on his rookie yr you would think he could atleast be play a kevin faulk role. His rookie yr has been what 6yrs ago i cant remember exactly. Im not sure if he will ever have that type of chance on miami. Whats everyones opinions on this? You think there is still hope or is this the best of Minor here or elsewhere?

I think there may be hope else where for Minor in a Kevin Faulk role.

Being a change of pace back is different from being the man.

When Minor's number was called in 2004, he did not perform well at all.

He did show some talent in 2001 that was never really repeated, but at this point he is pretty far removed from it and hasnt shown much other then special teams play recently.

Actually if you go back to Ricky's good season with us. he had a drie where he tweaked something and went off for a series or part of. Minor cam in and ran the ball very well up the middle.

I feel for the guy. He has hand and moves, but, not size, so who is going to take a chance on him? Coaches play odds more than hunches.

Plus they are always trying to give some other guy carries to detirmine their value.
