if there is going to be a blackout - it will likely be announced officially soon since the 72 hour mark prior to kick off is in about 25 minutes.. no?
i've seen this quoted before, but i definitely recall going to sports bars in the jupiter and hobe sound area to watch blacked out games legally. if you google map carol city/miami gardens, florida, to jupiter, florida, it is 75 miles by turnpike and 78 miles by I-95. if extreme northern palm beach county is outside the 75 mile blackout area, why in the world would they black out martin and saint lucie counties? because if this game is blacked out and i don't want to mess with illegal internet feeds, i'm going to want to head north, but not 100+ miles.
Congrats local fans. Looking forward to seeing thousands of empty seats on Sundays, because that is the norm around the league.
Blackouts are based on television penetration for network games not as the bird flies mileage.
PBC bars that used to have blackout games(McNally's years ago in PBG, for example) were not legal and were acted against by the NFL.
its the norm when your team stinks.
Do they? They were both ranked lower in attendance than we were last year.i disagree with that. Cincinnati and Cleveland are pretty bad and they still have it packed.

Blackout is going to be a bummer. Not a surprise for a **** awful team in a declined economy. Hopefully, it'll inspire change and an understanding of the importance of winning.
Cool. Looks like I'm going have to choke down some buds this weekend.there won't be a blackout. Ross and Anhueser-Busch bought the remaining tickets for the Texans game.
I just received a call from the Dolphins. Mike Dee was on an automated voice message saying that the game will not be blacked out they partner with Anheiser Busch to buy remaining tickets.
