Does anyone have an Update on the Blackout situation for this week

If tickets are going for $18 on stub hub and you live in Dade/Broward you cannot complain about the game being blacked out (I realize it isnt, Im just saying). If you think the team is such crap, then dont call yourself a fan. Are the premium seats over priced? Yes, absolutely. Insanely. But like another person on here said, there are teams that are much worse than us and they fill their stadiums on a regular basis. South Florida is just a horrible sports town. We have the only fans I know that come to the NBA Finals in the 2nd quarter. We dont support our teams worth a damn unless they are in first place. Hell, back in 2000 against the Colts we couldnt sell out a playoff game. If you and your buddy cannot afford $30 each between to two of you to split two tickets and parking, how are you affording rent/mortgage/food??? Support your team, be a fan, realize that the rest of the country laughs and mocks the teams in South Florida because we are so fair-weather..... It really does upset me as a diehard.

Congrats local fans. Looking forward to seeing thousands of empty seats on Sundays, because that is the norm around the league.

And as an out of town fan, empty seats shouldn't matter to you. Just watch the game and pay attention to the results on the field, not in the stands.

You know your location says VA, right?

If I lived closer I'd be down there almost every game. Same thing for Marlins and Heat games.
If you have that much disposable income and free time. Why don't you start a fund to send local underprivileged children to the games?

Yeah, but stubhub doesn't help, that means someone already bought the tickets and want to sell them or are a season ticket holder selling them. Ticketmaster is the only ones that are tickets that the Dolphins have not yet sold.

18 dollar seats are upper corner of stadium you wont be able to see crap with those seats

Roundtrip from Washington, DC to Miami that weekend is $190 through Expedia. Better hurry though.

Already gonna be down there for the Jets game. Sell my season tix the rest of the year or give to family/friends.... oh, and its cheaper out of JFK, so whats your excuse Brooklyn? :-)

Ive sat in those seats before... they arent THAT bad. But UD is where the craziest fans are LOL. Like the other guy said, part of it is the experience and atmosphere of being at the game.

I'm a full-time student and can't afford it, not that that "excuse" matters to a few of you. But I am fully accepting of charity! Hey, if you want to hand me those tickets and hook me up with a flight, I'll be more than happy to help fill those stands. I can PM you my info if you like. I prefer aisle seating if possible, but I'm really not picky. Better yet, save the money on my flights and pay for some of the poorer fans in Miami that would love to go to a game but can't fit it into a tight budget. You can fill even more seats that way.

Exactly, you cant afford to go to the games from OUT OF TOWN (nor can I), I am hardly Mr. Monopoly Man.... what I wrote was for the people down in South Florida. And I was talking about 2 seats, not hundreds... Stay in school so one day you CAN afford to go down there whenever you like to watch our team lol
