I remember once during a game an anouncer said that Bill Belichick had a great record when facing a QB for the second time. Does anyone remember this. Also I remember reading that his record facing a QB for the first time is not so good. The reason I bring this up, is this year it will be Gus facing BB for the first time, so I want to see if the stat holds true this year as it did last year with Feeley.

That or see if Im just an idiot who cant remember stats very well and is all confused.

IDIOT!!! ..... haha, Just Joking, I actually remember the announcers saying the same thing but do not have any stats for you.

With the use of video, I do not really see that playing the team is a huge factor, but I could be wrong.

I do know that brady's QB rating slips by 20 points on average when he plays us. And he has had most of his worst games against us.

yeh but our old secondary of surtain, knight, freeman, a younger madison and good press coverage was what gave us our edge over brady. Now, with schulters, an older madison, a 4th round rookie and a poor coverage guy in jones, it just seems like that certain edge that we had that gave brady fits is gone:cry: .

You'd think it would be the exact opposite. The qb hasn't faced BB before so he get's the p!ss knocked out of him. The second time he knows what to expect.

good point but that doesn't make up for the rest of the secondary.

I think it more has to do with Jason Taylor....

Bingo! Well, our front four more like.

Which is IMPROVED this year, and the Patriots o-line? Well, if Matt Light is out for a while, I feel bad for Tom (HAHA no, I really don't) having to face Carter and Taylor from the outside, and Vonnie and Tractor in the middle.
