Does anyone know for sure if that spread play that Henne takes it in up the gut

ala "Matt shaub", was designed or did Henne "read and re-act"? I saw Dabol and Sparano give a hand slap like they designed it this way but I wanted to see if Henne is improving on his reads. If the defense was covering the middle of the field, I am wondering if Henne was able to throw the rock? Surely the later would be the case because they wouldn't definitively call a qb draw 10 yards out on 3rd down without the ability to audible...

Either way, if he was able to change the play and he didn't and read the defense properly, it is a sign of maturation...

It sure look designed to me. You can look at the receivers and see that they weren't expecting to get the ball, they were trying to be in position to block the defenders. Not 100 percent confirmed though, just my best guess.
