Does anyone know when Sporanos Press Conference is...

The only time Nolan Carroll is around the ball is when they huddle up on it.
 
For the record, it was said after the game that Andre Johnson was supposed to have double coverage on that TD pass. The safety was supposed to be behind Johnson and Carroll was supposed to get on the short route. Carroll was where he was supposed to be. I know it looks like it was his fault, but it was a blown coverage by the safety. At least bash him for something that was his fault.

You are 1on1 with the best receiver in football...

And you don't turn around...

They won't cut him since it was a draft pick.

They wont cut him because he wasnt supposed to be 1 on 1. Maybe they should cut the saftey though

thats bull**** there never was a saftey over there on johnson to help out . on the first pass to johnson if matt hadnt over thrown johnson he would have had a TD and there wasnt any help at ALL over there for carroll that was a damn lie and i told my cousin i said ( what the hell is carroll defending johnson wheres smith/davis and i told him just watch hes coming right bk to that play again and sure enough boom TD . HE BURNT CARROLL AGAIN and there wasnt any saftey help over the top if there was it would have been picked off on the first over thrown pass .sparono is trying to cover his ***.

there was noooooooo saftey over on that side at all no help at alllllll i watched the game on NFL SUNDAY TICKET in the first place they shouldnt have put carroll on johnson at allll if smith had done his job he would have been on johnson not carroll imo its sparonos fault he wasnt. thats bull**** saying carroll had help .

i agree, both times carroll had single coverage with john with no safety help, carroll and sparano are just looking for scapegoats. Even if carroll had safety help the guy still doesnt know how to play the ball or care 2, he doesnt look back for the ball, i just dont understand why it matters if he had safety help or not, he doesnt play the position correctly.

Its not BS. The reason there was no safety was because it was a blown coverage. What dont you understand about that? Coaches even said it after the game that the coverage called was for Johnson to be doubled by the safety. Carroll also said his assignment was the short route and Jones was supposed to be over the top. Carroll was underneath the route where he was supposed to be.

He didnt have safety help because of an assignemnt mistake by the safety. The CB cuts underneath on a sideline route and the saftey covers the deep route...its a known method to create interceptions, but obviously was a blown coverage call. You wouldnt know if he was playing correctly anyway.
