Does Anyone Know Who Drafted/signed Wr Penny Hart ?

Cant seem to find any info on him ? was he drafted UDFA ? Also Tyronne Prescot "big T" OL ? I thought Penny from Georgia state would be an upgrade to Grant. Boy was he fast !

Penny Hart is with the Colts it looks like (that was not an easy find, lol)


As for Tyronne Prescot, I am not sure there has ever been a football player with that name. The closest I could find is Tyree St. Louis from Miami who is a UDFA w the Pats.
