good question, but wouldnt think so....if you have Directv go to the station that is was supposed to be played at 1:00....if your going to the local pu, I would call them!

Im close to the bay area and on my NFL Sunday Ticket it says Game moved to 8:30 PM EST, you should be getting it on the ticket no matter where you're at.

To answer your question, No, It shouldn't be blacked out.

Probably not. I live in central Pennsylvania and I don't get the game on my local channels. Luckly, I have Direct TV.
