Does anyone realize?

DIdnt they lose 2 prominent offensive lineman this offseason. I dont think he goes any further than this season, or atleast I hope. They did spend their first pick on a QB.
 
I think this will be Favre's last season.

I could see the Packers winning anywhere from 6-8 games and Mike Sherman getting fired.

Brett would'nt stick around through a rebuild just to break a record.

He's the kind of guy who plays because he enjoys it. If it's getting to be too much on his body, he'll quit. He won't force himself through just to get a record.

He's played 14 season (his rookie season with Atlanta in 1991). He's going into his 15th season this year and I'm thinking this will be his last and he will retire and come short of the record.
 
maybe thats a reason to play another year to get the record, although it doesnt matter anyways manning is gonna break them all
 
This is his last season and he will start all 16 games that is one record he does not want to stop doing before he retires
 
45 is a lot of TD's. It might actually take him 2-3 seasons to acheive that. He won't stay around to get that.
 
With the age Favre is at, the drafting of a 1st round QB, and most likely a new coach next year that will probably want to make the team younger, I don't see Favre getting 45 more TDs.
