All i've seen in the past couple of weeks is nothing but c-pep hating and bashing. I personally believe he isn't up to full strength yet but will be eventually and will regain his amazing throwing and running ability. Maybe we should just give Daunte a break from this madness.

I have no problem sitting him while his knee heals fully. I'd rather have him as our QB then Harrington, but Joey gives us a better chance while Culpepper regains his running ability. Hopefully Culpepper is healthy soon because if Harrington has two bad games people on this board will be making Cleo Lemon sigs and crying about Joey sucking.

I have no problem with Culpepper on the sidelines for the remainder of this season. If he needs more time to heal, give it to him. Everyone wants the MVP Culpepper back - not the guy covering up an injury.

i dont think daunte can ever be the running threat he used to be and his decision making isnt very good
my choice is keep harrington as backup/early season starter trade daunte and start fresh with a second round qb like palmers bro
but im an idiot so my opinion means nothing

well healthy culpepper sucked last season and supposedly he was "READY" this season and sucked. If joey can make it happen, then bench culpepper, and if joeys winning and playing well then saban did a good job and got joey for the right reason insurance incase suckpepper showed up instead of culpepper.

i do, but if we HAVE to keep Joey at the helm then we have to...if Daunte doesnt return to his form and we have a bad season look for a QB in the first couple of rounds

The thing that worries me about Pep is not his knee or health but his decision making ability. I have always had reservations about his game based not on arm strength or athletic ability - he obviously has both - but more about what goes on in his head. Can he break down defenses? Does he know what he is looking at out there? He has done nothing in a Dolphins uniform to make me forget those reservations. I would rather have smart QB with average athletic ability rather than a physically superior QB who is not very intelligent. Hence, this off season I wanted Brees over Culpepper but we have Pep and I will support him if he is our QB. I am not going to go off on some "I tolf you so rant" which seems to be very popular on this board. Football is not an exact science.

100% correct. I was going to make a similar post but this is right on the money.

Healthy Culpepper >>>> Harrington.

It's not even close. Nowhere near close. Anyone who thinks otherwise is an IDIOT.

Until he's healthy, I don't care who is QB.. as long as people know that once he is healthy, he's our guy and there's no questioning that.
