I don't think anyone can argue that the Carter's work out is a direct message to Beck. I don't think it is a coincidence it comes's just a couple of days after BP's best friend "Wolf" was watching Beck. I don't think Beck can save his position on the team unless he's special in the first preseason game. And I'm not even sure Beck will be there...

i suggest people go and read omar kelly's latest post in the comments section of his last blog. he says that the players don't want to be on beck's unit because he makes them look bad. if thats the case then its only a matter of time until he's cut.

Beck may not be any superstar and I have to admit that I have been very disappointed in him thus far. However, if he is cut before the first preseason game in favor of Quincy Carter, I will put my head between my legs and kiss my butt goodbye because the end is near! Beck at least has some hope of success, Carter is a known quantity of suckiness. If Beck is cut in favor of Carter, the Dolphins suck FAR worse than I ever imagined.

I agree that the "adjustments" are hurting him at the moment, particularly, it seems, while he is on the move. However, the coaches know what they are doing and they seem to be fine with him. Also, Parcells evaluation skills, declined or not, are far better than anything we have had around here since Bobby Beathard (spelling) left. What do you want, Pornstache the Magnificent back at the healm? The Trinity is trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear...dipped in poop...and burnt...and chewed up by a pit bull. You get the picture.
