First lesson in ANY sport, you never say a team has no chance. Every pro team has a chance, everyone has atheletes who have pride. I would've thought two ex-atheletes would have known that.

You must have missed the game he played in 1982 when he treated Dan Fouts like a ragdoll (4 sacks that day) in a playoff win, the REVENGE game for the 41-38 loss the year before. I saw it in persom, and watched all of his home games in the OB.

Bokamper while not one of the greatest to wear the Aqua and Orange was no shabby player.

"An average player AT BEST". You were only a child and obviously never paid attention to the games. He was an above average DE/LB. Yes, he didn't have the best game in the SB, but he came pretty darned close to the play of the game with a tipped pass and near int. Thiesman made a great play to bat it away.
For most of his career he was pretty good.
