Is he permitted to do a full training camp with the team? Havent read anything about him. This may be a dumb question.

Why would the coaches waste any time on that? Just pretend Dion Jordan doesn't exist anymore. He won't play another down for the team. He is on a season-long hiatus before he can try to salvage his career somewhere else. I hope for his sake he is able to overcome his demons.

Wouldn't make any sense. He'd be wasting the team's time and taking up a spot where a player who is trying to make the team would be.
 
Seeing his name makes me angry.

The Only that keeps me from losing it when I hear his name, is that the top of that draft was just abysmal. At least we took a shot on the upside I guess.
 
I'm over Dion Jordan already. This D is gonna be top 10, potentially top 5 material, without him. Time to move on from that huge bust.
 
Why is everybody so hostile about somebody wanting to know if a suspended player can practice with the team? Some people don't know all the little NFL rules so asking a question isn't out of line. The OP didn't say he thought Jordan should or shouldn't be practicing, he just asked a freaking question. It seems like a simple yes or no question. I know if a player is suspended and scheduled to return during the season they can take part in training camp and preseason, but I honestly don't know the rule for a year long suspension. I realize it would not make sense to spend time training a player for the 2015 season that can't play, but I don't know what the rule is on his ability to do so? I believe the answer is he's not allowed to participate, but I'm not sure.
