Does Harrington Mean NO Ahmad Brooks??

I was wondering if we can still use either a 5th or 6th in the supplemental draft (for LB Ahmad Brooks) or are we not allowed to since it is tied to Harrington's performance. I wouldn't give a 4th for Brooks but I was willing for either a 5th or 6th.

True, but remember we had the second pick in the fifth round last year, this year it would be sixteenth. We could use the pick but would have to trade something/someone to come up with the pick we would owe Detroit if the conditional report is correct.

As of now, the reports regarding Harrington say sixth round, up to fifth if he takes over 50% of the offensive snaps.

Let's say Harrington cost a fifth and Brooks is drafted in the fifth.
The fins will work out some sort of equitable compensation.
